Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of acceptable and prohibited conduct that apply to all Users of the Drivestamp Platform. This AUP forms part of and is incorporated into Drivestamp's Terms and Conditions of Use. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to comply with this AUP in its entirety.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

The Drivestamp Platform exists to provide reliable, timestamped, AI-assisted vehicle condition documentation for any individual or entity that has a legitimate need to record, verify, or communicate the condition of a vehicle. This AUP exists to protect that purpose and to protect After20Solutions Inc., its Users, and any third parties who may rely on Platform outputs from harm caused by misuse, fraud, or bad faith conduct.

2. PERMITTED USES

The Platform may be used by any individual or entity for the purpose of documenting, recording, and communicating the condition of a vehicle in connection with a legitimate transaction or use case. Permitted uses include, without limitation:

2.1 Peer-to-Peer Vehicle Transaction
Private individuals buying or selling a vehicle directly between themselves may use the Platform to create a timestamped, AI-assisted record of the vehicle's condition at the time of the transaction.
2.2 Fleet Operators
Businesses or individuals operating a fleet of vehicles may use the Platform to document the condition of fleet vehicles at any point in the vehicle's lifecycle.
2.3 Dealerships
Licensed vehicle dealerships may use the Platform to document the condition of vehicles in their inventory, including at the time of trade-in, purchase, sale, or transfer.
2.4 Rental and Sharing Operators
Vehicle rental companies, peer-to-peer car sharing operators, and similar businesses may use the Platform to document vehicle condition at the start and end of a rental or sharing period.
2.5 Any Legitimate Vehicle Condition Documentation
Any individual or entity with a genuine, lawful need to document the condition of a vehicle — including for insurance purposes, dispute prevention, asset management, or record keeping — may use the Platform for that purpose.

3. PROHIBITED USES

The following uses of the Platform are strictly prohibited. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

3.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation
  • Submitting vehicle images or data that have been digitally altered, manipulated, or modified to misrepresent the actual condition of a vehicle.
  • Submitting images of a different vehicle than the one being transacted or documented.
  • Deliberately concealing damage, defects, or other material conditions of a vehicle through the selection or staging of submitted images.
  • Using the Platform or a Stamp to make a false or misleading representation to any counterparty, insurer, financier, regulator, or court.
  • Submitting fabricated, borrowed, or recycled images from a prior inspection or a different vehicle.
3.2 Unlawful Conduct
  • Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful transaction, including the sale of stolen vehicles or vehicles with falsified ownership documentation.
  • Using the Platform to facilitate insurance fraud, including submitting a Stamp in connection with a false or inflated insurance claim.
  • Using the Platform to collect, process, or submit the personal information of any individual without their knowledge and consent.
3.3 Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation
  • Reproducing, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing any Stamp, Platform output, or component of the Platform without the express prior written consent of After20Solutions Inc.
  • Building, offering, or operating any product, service, or tool that incorporates, replicates, or derives value from Platform outputs without authorization.
  • Aggregating, scraping, or systematically extracting data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
3.4 Platform Interference and Security Violations
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any component of the Platform, including Drive Records belonging to other Users.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code or underlying logic of any component of the Platform.
  • Introducing malicious code, viruses, worms, ransomware, or any other harmful software or script into the Platform.
  • Conducting denial-of-service attacks or any other activity that intentionally degrades Platform performance.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with any access control or authentication mechanism, including Smart Link or Drive ID protections.
  • Using automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform without prior written authorization.
3.5 Misuse of Stamps and Platform Outputs
  • Sharing, publishing, or presenting a Stamp or Platform output in a manner that is intentionally misleading, deceptive, or likely to cause harm.
  • Altering, editing, or tampering with a Stamp PDF after it has been issued, except as expressly permitted under the Invoice Stamp.
  • Presenting a Stamp to any third party as independent third-party verification or professional certification of vehicle condition.
  • Using a Stamp generated in connection with one vehicle or transaction in connection with a different vehicle or transaction.
3.6 Harmful and Abusive Conduct
  • Using the Platform to harass, intimidate, defame, or cause harm to any individual or entity.
  • Submitting User Content that contains hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise offensive material.
  • Impersonating any individual, entity, or After20Solutions Inc. in connection with any use of the Platform.
  • Providing false contact information, including false email addresses, with the intent to prevent delivery of the Stamp PDF or to deceive any counterparty.
3.7 Minors

Allowing or facilitating the use of the Platform by any individual under the age of eighteen (18). Creating a Drive on behalf of or in the name of any individual under the age of eighteen (18).

4. REPORTING SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS

Drivestamp encourages any User or affected party who suspects that the Platform is being used in violation of this AUP to report their concern promptly through the official support channel available on the Platform. When submitting a report, please include: a description of the suspected violation; the Drive ID associated with the relevant transaction, if known; any supporting information or evidence; and your contact information.

After20Solutions Inc. will review all reports submitted in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Submitting a false or malicious report of an AUP violation itself constitutes a violation of this AUP.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

After20Solutions Inc. takes violations of this AUP seriously. The following enforcement measures are applied at its sole and reasonable discretion depending on the nature, severity, and impact of the violation.

5.1 Session Termination — Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected during an active Session, After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate the Session without issuing a Stamp and without providing a refund.

5.2 Smart Link Invalidation — After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to permanently invalidate any Smart Link associated with a Drive where a violation is detected. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

5.3 IP Address Blocking — After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block access to the Platform from any IP address associated with a violation.

5.4 Payment Method Flagging — Where a violation is linked to a specific payment method, After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to flag that payment method so that future Session Package purchases using the same payment instrument are declined.

5.5 Referral to Law Enforcement — Where a violation involves fraud, manipulation of evidence, criminal conduct, or any other activity that may constitute an offence under applicable law, After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

5.6 Civil Claim for Damages — After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to pursue civil claims against any User whose violation causes loss, damage, or harm to After20Solutions Inc., its Users, or any third party.

5.7 Combination of Measures — The enforcement measures described in this Section 5 are not mutually exclusive. After20Solutions Inc. may apply any combination of measures simultaneously or in sequence.

6. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This AUP forms part of and is incorporated into After20Solutions Inc.'s Terms and Conditions of Use. A violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use and triggers all rights and remedies available to After20Solutions Inc. thereunder.

7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

After20Solutions Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
